AGE REQUIREMENT:

Sunny Daze customers must be 21+ to purchase our age-restricted products (with valid identification). Forms of valid identification include:

• State-issued identification

• Driver’s license

• Passport

• Military ID*

* Federal law no longer allows exemption from the 21+ age restriction for military members.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

As we are a small family-owned business, purchases made at Sunny Daze are not eligible for returns or exchanges outside of special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
